Embodiment

[0344] Hereinafter, examples will be shown to describe the present invention in detail. However, this invention is not limited to an Example. In addition, the examples are shown in the order of the first aspect A, the second aspect B, and the third aspect C.

[0345] Embodiment of the first form A

[0346] [Manufacture of battery packaging material A]

[0347] A metal layer 3 including an aluminum foil (thickness 40 μm) subjected to chemical conversion treatment on both sides was laminated on a base layer 1 including a stretched nylon film (thickness 25 μm) by a dry lamination method. Specifically, a two-component polyurethane adhesive (polyol compound and aromatic isocyanate compound) was applied to one side of the aluminum foil to form an adhesive layer 2 (thickness: 4 μm) on the metal layer 3 . Next, after bonding the adhesive layer 2 on the metal layer 3 and the base material layer 1 under pressure and heat, aging treatment was carried out at 40°C for 24 hours, thereb...

Abstract

The present invention relates to a rolled body of a battery packaging material and a manufacturing method thereof and a defect detection method of the battery packaging material. The battery packagingmaterial consists of a laminated film in which at least a coating layer, a base material layer, a metal layer, and a sealant layer are laminated in this order. The coating layer is formed of a two-liquid curing type resin. The sealant layer is formed of a melt-extruded thermoplastic resin and contains foreign particles or unmelted particles of the thermoplastic resin. A mark is placed on the laminated film so that the position of a protrusion on the surface of the sealant layer can be recognized, said protrusion being attributable to the foreign particles or the unmelted particles and havingan area exceeding 0.4 mm<2> when viewed from the laminated direction of the laminated film. The rolled body is rolled so that the surface of the sealant layer and the surface of the coating layer contact each other. This makes it possible to appropriately control defects in the coating layer.

Description

[0001] This case is filed on September 30, 2014 , the application number is 201480053700.5 , the name of the invention is " battery Rolled body of packaging material Divisional application for " technical field [0002] The present invention relates to a wound body of a battery packaging material, a method for manufacturing the wound body, and a defect inspection method of a battery packaging material. Background technique [0003] Conventionally, various types of batteries have been developed. For these batteries, battery elements composed of electrodes, electrolytes, etc. need to be packaged with packaging materials, etc. As packaging materials for batteries, metal packaging materials are widely used. [0004] In recent years, as the performance of electric vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles, personal computers, cameras, mobile phones, etc. has increased, batteries having various shapes have been required. In addition, thinning, weight reduction, and the like are a...
