Abstract

The invention discloses a monitoring and sampling underwater robot for oceans or inland rivers and lakes. The system is composed of an underwater system and an onshore control system. The underwater system comprises an underwater robot main body, a positioning and navigation system, an intelligent monitoring system, an intelligent multi-point water sample collection system, an intelligent mud sample collection system, an intelligent operation and pushing system and an intelligent image processing and transmission system. The underwater system is controlled and communicated by the onshore control system through an umbilical cable; the positioning and navigation system, the intelligent monitoring system, the intelligent multi-point water sample collection system, the intelligent mud sample collection system and the intelligent image processing and transmission system are respectively connected to the intelligent operation and pushing system through wires, and the intelligent operation and pushing system is communicated with the onshore control system through the intelligent image processing and transmission system by adopting an umbilical cable. By utilizing the structural advantagesof the open frame type underwater robot, the working efficiency of underwater monitoring, sampling, salvaging and other operations is improved, all-around service is provided for underwater engineering, and the life safety of a diver is protected.
