Abstract

The invention concerns a device for a digital writing instrument. The device comprising a substrate with a transparent or translucent layer and a pattern layer on the transparent layer. The pattern comprising an active area made with photoluminescent material and an inactive area made with non photoluminescent material. The photoluminescent material comprises a successive alternate of a first layerand a second layer generating photoluminescent structure at the interface of said first layer and said second layer, the pattern layer comprises a series of N points distributed in a plan (X,Y), either said N-points define the active area whereas the inactive area is defined by the area between said N points. The N-points defines the inactive area whereas the active area is defined by the area between said N points. The invention also relates to a method for determining a position, a method for manufacturing, a system and a stylus.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a device for a digital writing instrument, a stylus design for use with said device, a method for manufacturing said device, and a method for determining the position of a stylus in said device. method of positioning on the surface of the device. The invention also relates to a system for digital writing techniques. Background technique [0002] Enabling digitization of manuscripts in existing smartphones, tablet devices, and notebooks requires the use of multi-screen features that are heavily dependent on the device battery. Activating digitization of manuscripts causes an increase in battery consumption and thus causes: [0003] - Insufficiency in equipment autonomy; [0004] - lack of battery life; [0005] - Potential hazard of battery overheating. [0006] The larger the screen size, the more energy is consumed and the faster the battery drains. Currently, very few mobile devices offer manuscript digitization...
