The embodiment of the invention provides a data feedback resource determination method and device. The method is wide in application range and low in requirement for equipment of the first terminal, so that the first terminal can accurately determine the target feedback resource according to the position of the first terminal invarious V2X scenes, it is guaranteed that the sent feedback information can be received by the second terminal, and the adverse effect of use of the feedback resource on Uu interface transmission isreduced.
