The biological fermentation device includes a fermentation tank; the fermentation tank includes a descending pipe, a spraying device, a first pipeline and a first gas-liquid separation device, wherein the spraying device is arranged on the top of the fermentation tank, and one end of the first pipeline communicates with the descending pipe; the first gas-liquid separation device includes a first inlet, a first outlet, a second outlet and a spraying pump; the first inlet communicates with the other end of thefirst pipeline; the second outlet communicates with the top of the fermentation tank; and the inlet of the spraying pump communicates with the first outlet, and the outlet of the spraying pump communicates with the spraying device.
