Problems solved by technology

[0004] Although it is widely used clinically, preformed titanium mesh still has some disadvantages: ①The structure of the orbital wall is complex, and the shape of the preformed titanium mesh is still different from that of the normal orbit before injury. The recovery cannot be 100%; ②Because the operation area is usually relatively narrow, the surgeon often cannot accurately grasp the fracture shape, which leads to a very time-consuming and laborious process of trying to place and adjust the implant in the orbit, which has a great impact on the implant. The large and small edges need to be trimmed and adjusted repeatedly, which is likely to cause secondary damage and lead to complications; ③The fracture of the middle face needs to be repaired with titanium mesh for orbital floor. Poor reduction of the margin and zygomatic body leads to further displacement, affecting the final restoration effect

Abstract

The invention discloses a titanium net for pavimentum orbitae fracture. A new titanium net is designed into two parts: a traditional pavimentum orbitae titanium net part and a zygomatic arch fracturetitanium plate, wherein the titanium net part is a main body part of the titanium net, the main structure of the titanium net part is similar to that of a traditional preformed titanium plate, and thethickness of the titanium net part is 0.4mm. The invention aims at overcoming deficiencies of the traditional preformed titanium plate; by adopting an individualized design measure, the titanium netis designed and produced through an mirror image of CT data according to the volume of an eye socket on an unaffected side, so that the volume of the eye socket is precisely recovered, troubles causeddue to intraoperative trimming of the titanium net are avoided, and the operation time is shortened; in an fixation aspect, an original fixed hole is redesigned into a long titanium plate shape accordant with the form of an zygomatic arch of a patient, so that the contact area is increased, and the stability of the titanium net during the fixation is improved; and meanwhile, restoration of a zygomatic bone and a socket edge is guided by virtue of the titanium plate, so that the operation difficulty is integrally reduced, and the accuracy of a spatial position of the titanium net during the fixation is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical technology, in particular to a titanium mesh for orbital floor fractures. Background technique [0002] The anatomical structure of the middle facial bones is relatively complex, because it is adjacent to the orbit, zygomatic complex fractures, maxillary LeFort type II and III fractures, nasoorbital ethmoid fractures (NOE fractures) and other midface fractures are often accompanied by orbital floor fractures. As a result, severe ocular dysfunction can be caused, and its main clinical manifestations include diplopia, enophthalmos, eye movement disorder, and decreased vision. Therefore, the orbital floor fracture associated with the middle fracture of the opposite face should be treated in time to restore ocular function. [0003] Although there are still debates about the choice of intraoperative repair materials, titanium mesh is widely used clinically due to its advantages such as easy shaping, excellent ...
