Abstract

The missile rolling pilot simulation tool comprises a supporting platform, a torque motor used for providing driving torque for a tested missile, a magnetic powder clutch used for providing rolling torque for the tested missile, a torque tester and a control box, wherein the supporting platform is provided with a fixing frame assembly used for fixing the tested missile and a rolling assembly used for supporting the tested missile to roll; the fixing frame assembly comprises a front fixing frame and a rear fixing frame, and the front fixing frame and the rear fixing frame are oppositely arranged and used for supporting the head and the tail of the tested missile correspondingly; the torque motor is fixedly installed on the rear fixing frame; the magnetic powder clutch is fixedly installed on the front fixing frame; the torque tester is fixedly installed on the supporting platform, arranged beside the magnetic powder clutch and used for detecting the rolling torque borne by the tested missile in the rolling process; and the control box is electrically connected with the torque motor, the magnetic powder clutch and thetorque tester.
