The automobile electronic key control device has an electronic key functionfor unlocking an automobile. The device further has a communication unit capable of receiving an unlocking signal from a user terminal; a key information reception unit that receives key information from a key server that issues the key information of an electronic key; a communication control unit that controls the start and end of communication between the key information receiving unit and thekey server; when the communication part receives an unlocking signal sent by the user terminal, the key information receiving part starts to communicate with the key server through the control of thecontrol part; a matching part used for matching the key information received by the key information receiving part with the unlocking signal received by the communication part; and an unlocking part is used for unlocking the automobile when the matching part is matched successfully.
