Benefits of technology

This patented technology involves utilizing bacilli from different genera called Bacteria Highlands (BH), Micrococcus Substratus or Litoribular Actinomycetes for creation of biologically useful compounds like tungsten oxide, nepetalactones, stilbene derivatives, etc., along with other organisms involved in microbiology processes. These chemical agents have been shown effective at killing certain harmful pests on crops grown under specific conditions. They may be used alone without others being added together due to their synergistic properties. Additionally, they could stimulate vegetative cells to release phytolines into air during blooming periods when there're no natural enemy invading them. Overall, this process improving crop health through providing valuable resources to fight various diseases caused by funguses.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed by this patents relates to controlling tea scales (the term refers specifically to pests) that infest vegetation such as teapots or citrus plants without causing any harm from chemical substances used to treat them.

Embodiment 1

[0014] The mixed strains of Bacillus highland, Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis are inoculated at a ratio of 4:2:1 and then subjected to liquid fermentation. The said Bacillus uplandiensis is a Bacillus uplandiensis which is deposited in the collection center of the Chinese Type Culture Collection of Wuhan University. The deposit number is: CCTCC M2015018 Bacillus sp.SYBC hb4. During the fermentation, the medium was supplemented with Tongku 50g / L, Sophora flavescens 50 g / L, Neem 50 g / L, and Stemona 50 g / L. Ferment with limited oxygen at 30°C for 8 days, then pass the fermentation broth through 100 meshes, dilute 100 times and spray on the leaves. Observed in the field after 5 days, the degree of improvement of tea scale insects was more than 85%.

Embodiment 2

[0016] The mixed strains of Bacillus highland, Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis are inoculated at a ratio of 3:2:1 and then subjected to liquid fermentation. The said Bacillus uplandiensis is a Bacillus uplandiensis which is deposited in the collection center of the Chinese Type Culture Collection of Wuhan University. The deposit number is: CCTCC M2015018 Bacillus sp.SYBC hb4. During the fermentation, 30g / L Tongku, 40g / L Sophora flavescens, 45 g / L Neem and 45g / L Stemone were added to the culture medium. Fermentation is limited to oxygen at 32°C for 10 days, then the fermentation broth is filtered under 100 mesh, diluted 80 times and sprayed on the leaves. Observed in the field after 5 days, the degree of improvement of tea scale insects was more than 70%.

Embodiment 3

[0018] The mixed strains of Bacillus highland, Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis are inoculated at a ratio of 5:2:1 and then subjected to liquid fermentation. The said Bacillus uplandiensis is a Bacillus uplandiensis which is deposited in the collection center of the Chinese Type Culture Collection of Wuhan University. The deposit number is: CCTCC M2015018 Bacillus sp.SYBC hb4. During the fermentation, the medium was supplemented with Tongku 55g / L, Sophora flavescens 60 g / L, Neem 58 g / L, and Stemona 65 g / L. Ferment with limited oxygen at 28-32°C for 5 days, then filter the fermented liquid under 100 mesh, dilute it by 80-120 times and spray on the leaves. Observed in the field after 8 days, the degree of improvement of tea scale insects was more than 80%.

Abstract

The invention discloses an application of a microbial fermentation preparation in biological prevention and treatment on tea scale insects. According to the invention, bacillus altitudinis, bacillus subtilis and bacillus licheniformis are fermented in a liquid fermentation broth added with tung seed cake, radix sophorae flavescentis, azadirachta indica and radix stemonae, a large number of plant secondary metabolites aiming at the scale insects are generated in the fermentation liquid, so that the scale insects are favorably killed, meanwhile, surface active substances such as lipopeptide substances and the like are generated, so that the plant resistance is enhanced, the non-specific resistance induced by secondary products is generated, and meanwhile, a large amount of plant growth regulating substances are also generated in fermentation liquor, so that the normal physiological activity of plants is facilitated; inorganic nutrition of plants is facilitated, and the plant tree vigor is enhanced. According to the method, the tea scale insects can be prevented and treated, the development of tea tree leaves can be promoted, the photosynthesis is enhanced, the quality of the leaves is improved, the improvement degree of the tea scale insects after spraying can exceed 70% or above, meanwhile, pesticide residues can be reduced, and the autumn tea picking safety is improved.
