The waterproof drainage device comprises a soft coiled pipe; connecting pipes are transversely and evenly arranged on one side of the soft coiled pipe, an inserting pipe is arranged in each connecting pipe, a first hose is arranged on each inserting pipe, a sewage pump is arranged at one end of each firsthose, a second hose is arranged at the drainage end of each sewage pump, water suction openings are symmetrically formed in the two sides of the soft coiled pipe correspondingly, a stirring spring isarranged in the soft coiled pipe, a power cylinder is arranged at one end of the soft coiled pipe, a connecting rib is arranged at one end of the stirring spring, and openings are symmetrically formedin the two sides of the power cylinder correspondingly. Under the clockwise rotation of the stirring spring, water in the soft coiled pipe is twisted rightwards, so that the washing effect on the soil fragments is achieved, the scattering effect of the soil fragments in the water is enhanced, water plants and soil fragments are spirally brought into the power barrel, and after a period of time, the water plants and the soil fragments can be taken out of the power barrel through the openings; and therefore amount of the water plants and large soil blocks sucked by the first hose can be effectively reduced, the sewage pump is protected.
