The exhaust valve is mounted in an exhaust valve mounting hole in the outer side of the pump body. The position, corresponding to the exhaust valve, ofthe inner side face of the pump body is provided with a continuously tortuous exhaust passage and a cover plate for closing the exhaust passage. The side, close to a shaft hole, of the exhaust passage is provided with an air inlet hole. A through hole is formed between the exhaust passage and a threaded hole. High-temperature air flow and oil mist can only be discharged outwards through the exhaust valve in the threaded hole after passing through the exhaust passage. Multiple bent portions, close to the shaft hole side, of the exhaust passage communicate with one another through an oil groove. The oil leakage phenomenon of the exhaust valve can be avoided, and the loss amount of lubricating oil inside a speed reducer case can also be greatly reduced.
