A ceramic filter is arrangedin the sliding sleeve and sleeved with a cylindrical outer sleeve, and the upper end and the lower end of the outer sleeve are provided with an upper end cover and a lower end cover respectively and pressed. The lower end cover of the outer sleeve is also connected with a contact pin conical head; the lower end of the push rod is connected with the upper end cover of the ceramic filter, and the upper end is connected with a conical block; a contact pin is arranged in the side wall of the spring tube; the head end of the pin penetrates through the wall of the spring tube; a pressing sleeve is arranged on the spring tube above the pin sleeve; one end of a copper pipe is connected to the upper end cover of the filter, and the other end of the copper pipe penetrates through the main cylinder body and is connected to a permeable membrane sampler.
