Abstract

The invention discloses a compressing mechanism and a compressor with the same. The compressor comprises a cylinder, an exhaust hole, a piston, a crankshaft, an upper bearing, a lower bearing, a slidepiece, a discharge valve plate and a transmission part. A cylinder chamber and a slide piece groove are formed in the cylinder. The exhaust hole communicates with the cylinder chamber. The upper bearing and the lower bearing rotationally support the crankshaft. The slide piece is disposed in the slide piece groove and can reciprocate between an inner limit position and an outer limit position. The discharge valve plate is used for opening or closing the exhaust hole. The transmission part is provided with a valve plate contact part and a slide piece contact part. The slide piece drives the slide piece contact part when moving outwards so that the valve plate contact part of the transmission part can push the discharge valve plate to close the exhaust hole. The slide piece contact part andthe valve plate contact part are made of a high-surface-hardness, wear-resistant, light or elastic material. According to the compressing mechanism, the discharge valve plate is high in applicabilityand reliability, low in closing noise and high in energy efficiency.
