Abstract

The invention relates to a wheel-leg composite wall-climbing robot for welding operation. The robot comprises a crawling module (1), a welding operation module (2) and a control sensing module (3); the welding operation module (2) and the control sensing module (3) are both mounted on the crawling module (1); the crawling module (1) comprises a wheel-leg composite moving mechanism (4) and a permanent magnet adsorption device (5); the wheel-leg composite moving mechanism (4) comprises a frame, and a swinging wheel-leg mechanism (6) and a lifting wheel-leg mechanism (7) which are connected withthe frame; and the permanent magnet adsorption device (5) comprises three groups of non-contact permanent magnet adsorption units (38). A wheel type moving mode and a leg and foot type moving mode arecombined, and a non-contact permanent magnet adsorption mode is adopted, so that the robot has good moving capacity, load capacity and environment adaptability, and then movable welding operation inan unstructured environment is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of special robots, and relates to a wheel-leg composite wall-climbing robot used for welding operations. Background technique [0002] In the on-site welding production of large components such as ships, nuclear containers, and petrochemical storage tanks, there are a large number of non-structural environments. With structural features such as welds, ribs, and grooves, the complex environmental characteristics make it difficult for general-purpose welding robots and traditional automatic welding equipment to apply. At present, this kind of welding operation is still realized by manual welding. Not only the welding efficiency is low, the welding quality is difficult to guarantee, but also there are high-altitude operations, and the personal safety of workers cannot be guaranteed. A welding operation suitable for non-structural environments is needed. Wall-climbing robot. [0003] To complete the mobile wel...
