The bending control mechanism comprises a pull rod, an installation base and a planetary gear assembly; the pull rodis used for driving an end effector to bend; the pull rod is arranged on the installation base in a pushing and pulling manner; the planetary gear assembly comprises a gear ring, a planetary gear, a centre gear shaft and a planetary frame; the gear ring is installed on the installation base in a rotatably matched manner; the planetary gear assembly comprises a power input part and a power output part; the planetary frame is the power output part; the power of the planetary frame is output to the pull rod, wherein the power input part can be switched; when the gear ring is locked and the centregear shaft is unlocked, the power input part is switched to the centre gear shaft; and, when the gear ring is unlocked and the centre gear shaft is locked, the power input part is switched to the gear ring.
