The method comprises the steps of conducting performance test on fracturing fluid to obtain fracturing fluid parameters, wherein the fracturing fluid parameters include the density and elasticity modulus of the fracturing fluid; determining pump injection environmental parameters according to the position of a pulse pump, wherein the pump injection environmental parameters include crack parameters representing the physical property of a crack or mineshaft parametersrepresenting the physical property of a mineshaft; solving the multi-order inherent frequency of a liquid column in the mineshaft or the crack of a fracturing well according to the fracturing fluid parameters and the pump injection environmental parameters based on the output mode of the pulse pump; simulating the conditions of the pulse pressure changing over time at the tail end of the mineshaftor the top of the crack through a preset model when the pump injection frequencies belong to different orders of inherent frequencies; and selecting the inherent frequency corresponding to the maximum pulse pressure amplitude value within the preset time according to the conditions of the pulse pressure changing over time as the pump injection frequency.
