The invention discloses a pulse washing device for scale impurities in a high-power motor cooler. The device comprises a drug preparing container, a pulse pump and a precipitate container, wherein the drug preparing container is used for storing a scale impurity softening agent; the pulse pump is connected to a pulse pump liquid inlet pipe and a pulse pump liquid outlet pipe; the pulse pump liquid inlet pipe extends into the scale impurity softening agent in the drug preparing container; the pules pump liquid outlet pipe is connected to a cooler liquid inlet of the cooler; and the precipitate container is correspondingly connected to a cooler liquid outlet of the motor cooler and the drug preparing container. According to the device, the prepared scale impurity softening agent is pumped into the motor cooler through a pneumatic diaphragm pump; the inner part of the motor cooler is intermittently circularly washed with pulse through the pulse function of the pneumatic diaphragm pump, and thus the inner scale and impurities can be softened and flow out together with flushing liquid.
