Problems solved by technology

[0004] In view of the above-mentioned related technologies, the inventor believes that although the above-mentioned air-jet loom has the advantages of simple structure, good stability, and high-quality fabrics, when the fabrics on the take-up mechanism are wound up to a certain amount, the operator needs to unload the fabric. At this time, the above-mentioned air-jet loom will stop working. When the operator replaces the new take-up roller, he will turn on the above-mentioned air-jet loom to carry out a new winding process. Since the above-mentioned air-jet loom cannot be replaced When the roll is taken up, the machine will not stop, which will affect the working efficiency of the above-mentioned air-jet loom

Embodiment Construction

[0043] The application will be described in further detail below in conjunction with all the accompanying drawings.

[0044] The embodiment of the present application discloses an air-jet loom used for high-temperature-resistant fabrics.

[0045] refer to figure 1 , an air-jet loom for high-temperature-resistant fabrics, including a body 1, the air-jet loom is the prior art, and will not be described in detail here. One end of the body 1 is installed with a tensioning mechanism 2 and a winding mechanism 3 in turn. After the yarn is woven into a fabric by the air-jet loom, the fabric is tensioned by the tensioning mechanism 2 to improve the winding effect of the fabric, and then The fabric is transported to the winding mechanism 3, and then the winding of the fabric is completed.

[0046] refer to figure 2 and image 3 The winding mechanism 3 includes a main winding roller 31 and a secondary winding roller 35, the secondary winding roller 35 is placed on one side of the ma...

Abstract

The invention relates to an air jet loom for high-temperature-resistant fabric and a using method of the air jet loom. The air jet loom comprises a machine body. A winding mechanism is arranged at oneend of the machine body and comprises a main winding roller and an auxiliary winding roller. A main clamping assembly is arranged on the main winding roller, and an auxiliary clamping assembly is arranged on the auxiliary winding roller. A cutting mechanism is arranged on the side, exactly opposite to the auxiliary clamping roller, of the machine body. Sliding grooves which penetrate through theside wall of the machine body are formed in the two sides of the interior of the machine body, and the two ends of the main winding roller and the two ends of the auxiliary winding roller are arrangedin the sliding grooves and detachably connected with the machine body. When the quantity of the fabric on the main winding roller is equal to a certain quantity, the fabric is cut by the cutting mechanism, the main winding roller and the fabric are replaced, the bottom end of the remaining fabric passes through the auxiliary clamping assembly and then is clamped on the auxiliary winding roller, the fabric is wound through the auxiliary winding roller, the auxiliary winding roller slides to the main winding roller through the sliding grooves and becomes a new main winding roller, and the process that the winding rollers are replaced as non-stop operation is conducted is accomplished. The air jet loom has the effect of improving the working efficiency of the air jet loom.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the field of fabric weaving, in particular to an air-jet loom for high-temperature-resistant fabrics and a method of use thereof. Background technique [0002] In places where heat insulation or heat resistance is required, high temperature resistant materials should be used. High temperature resistant textiles are part of this type of material. In the field of personal protection, the flexibility of protective equipment or products is very important. Textiles just show their advantages in this regard due to their own physical properties. Textiles are a general term for fabrics with different appearance properties such as fibers, yarns, ropes, tubes, belts, fabrics, ribbon fabrics and needle felts. Processing these products into gloves, aprons and protective clothing has a high value for people to resist heat. [0003] Existing publication number is that the Chinese patent of CN103572474B discloses a kind of air-jet...
