The safe ecological system comprises a reservoir bottom foundation layer, an underground water diversion layer, acompacted clay layer, a leachate diversion layer, a waste pile body layer, a closure middle earthing layer, a closure exhaust layer, a closure compacted clay layer, a closure drainage layer, a nutrient soil layer and an ecological greening layer. A first geomembrane is arranged between the reservoir bottom foundation layer and the underground water diversion layer; a second geomembrane is arrangedbetween the underground water diversion layer and the compacted clay layer; a third geomembrane and a fourth geomembrane are arranged between the compacted clay layer and the leachate diversion layer; and a fifth geomembrane is arranged between the leachate diversion layer and the waste pile body layer. The geomembranes in the system can achieve the effects of protection, blocking and isolation,and the content of heavy metal in the nutrient soil layer is greatly reduced. The ecological greening layer adopts multi-element integrated matching of trees, shrubs and grass to realize ecological restoration.
