Thefoundation pit composite enclosure structure comprises conventional underground continuous walls buried in two opposite sides of the existing underground structure, a warped underground continuous wall and a freezing wall, wherein the warped underground continuous wall crosses over the existing underground structure and is connected between the two ends of the conventional underground continuouswalls on the two opposite sides of the existing underground structure, a notch is formed in the lower portion of the warped underground continuous wall, and the existing underground structure is arranged in the notch in a penetrating manner; and the freezing wall is used for sealing the notch, freezing pipes are laid on the outer side of the warped underground continuous wall, freezing media are arranged in the freezing pipes, and the freezing media wrap a soil body on the periphery of the freezing pipes through the freezing pipes so as to be solidified to form the freezing wall attached to the warped underground continuous wall.
