Abstract

The invention discloses a concrete formwork lateral pressure monitoring device and method. The device comprises a concrete formwork mechanism, a pressure measuring unit module, a pressure measuring module sealing mechanism, a pressure measuring module fixing mechanism and an optical signal processing unit, wherein the pressure measuring unit module comprises an elastic diaphragm stress base, a boss of the elastic diaphragm stress base is embedded into a through hole of the template, and a front end face of the boss and a front end face of the template are located on the same plane. The methodcomprises the following steps of calculating a lateral pressure value of concrete to a template through the change of the wavelength of reflected light after the grating of the pressure measuring unitmodule is stressed when the lateral pressure during concrete pouring is changed. The method is advantaged in that lateral pressure of concrete on the formwork can be accurately monitored in real time, whether the supporting state of the concrete formwork mechanism is safe or not, whether the concrete filling amount is uniform or not and whether concrete leaks or not are judged, and formwork collapse accidents are prevented. The device has advantages of high measurement precision, recycling, energy conservation and environmental protection.
