Abstract

The invention discloses a loudspeaker. The loudspeaker is a rectangular structure. The loudspeaker comprises a shell, a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system, wherein a gap is formed betweenthe shell and a side magnetic circuit structure of the magnetic circuit system, the loudspeaker further comprises an elastic supporting piece which is fixed to the shell and located below a vibratingdiaphragm of the vibrating system, a conductive framework is connected between the vibrating diaphragm and the elastic supporting piece, the conductive framework comprises a side wall arranged betweenthe vibrating diaphragm and the elastic supporting piece, and the side wall is located in the gap; and the elastic supporting piece comprises a balance diaphragm and a circuit board. The circuit board is provided with two internal bonding pads which are electrically communicated and at least three external bonding pads which are respectively and correspondingly arranged at different corners of the shell; the two ends of the balance diaphragm are connected with the conductive framework and the circuit board respectively, a voice coil wire of a voice coil of the vibration system is communicatedwith the conductive framework, the conductive framework is communicated with the internal bonding pads through conductive wires, the conductive wires are arranged corresponding to the gaps, and any two external bonding pads are communicated with an external circuit. According to the loudspeaker, the problem that the conducting layer is broken is solved, and the flexibility of the loudspeaker in complete machine application is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of acoustic devices, in particular to a loudspeaker. Background technique [0002] A speaker is a transducer device that converts electrical signals into acoustic signals, and has been widely used in electronic products such as mobile phones, computers, and earphones. A micro speaker usually consists of a vibration system, a magnetic circuit system, and a support system. The vibration system includes an upper vibration system and a lower vibration system. The upper vibration system includes a voice coil and a diaphragm, while the lower vibration system includes elastic supports. The upper and lower vibrating systems are respectively arranged on the upper and lower parts of the product structure. Due to the above-mentioned structural characteristics of the speaker space, it is difficult to connect the voice coil of the speaker with the external circuit. In addition, the elastic support includes a damper, an...
