Abstract

The invention provides a modeling method and device for a long-term power supply structure planning model. The method comprises the following steps: step A, establishing a long-term power supply structure planning model, and counting operation constraints into the planning model through standby capacities on different time scales; step B, obtaining an optimal condition of the long-term power supply structure planning model based on an optimal control theory, and calculating an iterative step length and direction according to a Poincare maximum principle and a marginal price theory; and step C,based on the basic idea of predictive control, converting the optimal iteration process into relatively independent finite iterations in time so as to realize approximate solution of an optimizationproblem in the planning model. Power supply planning and dynamic simulation are combined through the optimal control principle, uncertainty of load prediction is considered, the long-term power supplystructure dynamic simulation method based on optimal control is provided, power supply structure optimization is brought into an economic environment dynamic simulation system, and scientificity of along-term power supply planning scheme is effectively improved.
