Abstract

The steam rice cooker comprises a cooker container, a steaming rack, a boiler and an electromagnetic pump. The upper edge of the steaming rack and the inner wall of the cooker liner are sealed through a sealing ring in the cooking process; first through holes are formed in the bottom surface of the steaming rack; and a first space is formed in the steaming cavity of the steaming rack, and a second space is formed between the bottom wall of the steaming rack and the bottom wall of the inner container. The method comprises the following steps that water in the cooker container is heated; in the heating process, water vapor generated in the second space is released into the first space through second through holes; after the water is boiled, the electromagnetic pump is controlled to be started, and water is injected into the cooker container for a first preset duration so as to inject a first volume of water into the cooker container.
