Abstract

The DC-CIK cell prepared by using 2'-FL-loaded DC cell instead of conventional unloaded DC cells can be used for the preparation of an anti-tumor drug, which can be co-cultured in vitro and transfused into a tumor patient for celltherapy; or the 2'-FL loaded DC cell can be used for preparing the anti-tumor drug, which can be injected into the tumor patient to activate the CIK cell in the patient for cell therapy.
