Abstract

The device comprises the temperature part,the vibration part, the shot peening part, the control part and other parts. The temperature part and the vibration part act independently or in a coupled mode to homogenize part remaining stress. Theshot peening part achieves reinforcement of the part surface layer stress. The control part implements integrated control of process parameters. Other parts are used for device connection and processassistance.
