Abstract

The periprosthetic osteolysis occurs after artificial joint replacement. Animal experiments prove that the AF-2364 can promote expression of pSer9-GSK-3[beta] and [beta]catenin and relieve osteolysis and bone loss induced by titanium particles, which indicates that the AF-2364 has a remarkable inhibition effect on the osteolysis induced by wear particles and can be used as a new means for drug intervention of periprosthetic osteolysis after the artificial prosthesis replacement.
