The main bearing disassembling and assembling tool comprises a plate body, two rod bodies and a drive device. The plate body is used for supporting the main bearing cover and comprises a through hole formed in the middle portion in the length direction of the plate body, a first notch and a second notch, wherein the first notch and the second notch are formed in the two ends correspondingly. The two rod bodies are detachably connected to the plate body through the first notch and the second notch correspondingly, and the two rod bodies are used for at least partially extending to enter the internal thread hole so as to guide the main bearing cover.
