Abstract

The invention provides a magnetic resonance single-sequence multi-parameter quantitative imaging system for identifying carotid plaques, and belongs to the technical field of magnetic resonance quantitative imaging. The system comprises a carotid artery blood vessel coil, a magnetic resonance machine and a computer; and a working method of the system includes the following steps: compiling on a magnetic resonance imaging sequence programming platform in a computer to realize simultaneous quantitative imaging of SQUMA sequences of T1, T2 and T2 * values of carotid artery tube wall, importing the SQUMA sequences into a magnetic resonance machine, performing SQUMA sequence scanning on the neck of a subject by the magnetic resonance machine, and obtaining a corresponding carotid artery tube wall weighted image after scanning; and carrying out weighted fitting on the images to obtain T1mapping, T2mapping and T2 * mapping of the carotid artery wall of the subject. According to the system, quantitative images of T1, T2 and T2 * values of carotid artery tube wall plaques can be obtained at the same time through a single sequence, and technical support is provided for one-stop qualitative and quantitative evaluation of carotid artery vulnerable plaque characteristics.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of magnetic resonance quantitative imaging, and particularly proposes a magnetic resonance single-sequence multi-parameter quantitative imaging system for identifying carotid plaque. Background technique [0002] Carotid vulnerable plaque is closely related to ischemic stroke. Currently, multi-contrast magnetic resonance imaging of the vessel wall is the best non-invasive method for identifying vulnerable carotid plaques. However, multi-contrast magnetic resonance wall imaging for the evaluation of lipid necrotic core in plaque mainly depends on the weighted image enhanced by drug injection, and multi-contrast magnetic resonance wall imaging cannot effectively identify old bleeding in plaque. Considering that the identification of carotid vulnerable plaques by multi-contrast MRI wall imaging mainly depends on the signal comparison of various vulnerable plaque components on different weighted images, the rea...
