The intelligent driving feeding and discharging system comprises a film discharging trolley, amechanical arm and a film storage rack, wherein the film discharging trolley is used for automatic discharging of film rolls at a winding station of a thin film production line and automatic feeding of hollow steel cores; the mechanical arm is arranged on a driving trolley and used for grabbing the film rolls; and the film storage rack is used for placing the film rolls. Through mutual cooperationof the film discharging trolley, the grabbing mechanical arm, the film storage rack, a rotating platform, a splitting machine unwinding device and a control center, the control center transmits an instruction back to the film discharging trolley and the grabbing mechanical arm after data analysis and processing. The film discharging trolley executes the operation of grabbing full-film rolls and replacing the hollow steel cores, and the operation process of discharging the full-film rolls and replacing the hollow steel cores can be achieved at a time.
