The method comprises an operating mechanism, a pilot hydraulic valve, a pilot pressure transducer component, an electro-hydraulic proportional valve component, an executing mechanism, a hydraulic main valve group and a control device, wherein the pilot pressure transducer component is arranged on a pilot hydraulic oil pipe and used for detecting pilot pressure and sending the pilot pressure to the control device in thestate that the operating mechanism acts independently, wherein hydraulic oil flows out from an outlet of the pilot hydraulic valve and generates corresponding pilot pressure; and the control device is used for calculating the control current required by the electro-hydraulic proportional valve component based on the pilot pressure. According to the electric control system, the control method anddevice and the storage medium, research and development investment can be effectively saved, and the whole vehicle production and debugging period is greatly shortened; and redundancy control requirements under various modes can be met, and the intelligent level of the excavator is improved.
