Abstract

The invention provides a self-locked hydraulic centre. A piston has '0' displacement when a live centre is pressed by an external force (the external force is within the designed maximum bearing forcerange). Self-locking for the centre under the condition of the external force is realized. A cylinder rod connecting piece in the self-locked centre is connected with a centre fixing sleeve through ascrew, and the centre fixing sleeve and a sliding cylinder are connected through a screw after the cylinder rod connecting piece penetrates into the sliding cylinder; and a limiting groove is formedin the outer diameter of the sliding cylinder. A limiting screw penetrates through a centre seat and then enters the limiting groove in the outer diameter of the sliding cylinder. An oil cylinder piston rod stretches out and then penetrates through the sliding cylinder to be connected with the live center and the oil cylinder through a pin shaft, and a cotter pin is inserted into the tail end of the pin shaft to prevent the pin shaft from disengaging; a screw is screwed into the tail end of the oil cylinder for fixing, an oil cylinder rear flange and the centre seat are fixed together, and theoil cylinder piston rod is withdrawn; and a calibration ring is fixed at the front end of the live center. Scales are arranged on the circumference of the calibration ring and used for aligning the center position when the self-locked hydraulic centre is integrally used.
