Abstract

The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted high-pressure hydrogen graded filling system. The vehicle-mounted high-pressure hydrogen graded filling system comprises two metal diaphragm type compressors,a high-pressure gas storage tank, a low-pressure gas storage tank, two flow control valves, a vapor compression type refrigerating system, a hydrogenation machine and a vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage bottle. The vapor compression type refrigerating system is composed of an evaporation heat exchanger, a compressor, a condenser and a throttling valve and used for reducing the temperature of the high-low pressure hydrogen storage tank. The two metal diaphragm type compressors are correspondingly connected with the high-pressure gas storage tank and the low-pressure gas storage tank, outlets ofthe high-pressure gas storage tank and the low-pressure gas storage tank are correspondingly connected with the hydrogenation machine through the flow control valves, and a pressure gauge and a temperature gauge are arranged on a connecting pipeline, and the vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage bottle is connected to the other end of the hydrogenation machine. The evaporation heat exchanger is correspondingly connected with the high-pressure gas storage tank and the low-pressure gas storage tank and provides a heat exchange or refrigeration function for the gas storage tanks.
