A vacuumizingassembly comprises a vacuum cylinder fixed to the side wall of the expansion tank, a crankshaft rotationally arranged on one side of the interior of the vacuum cylinder, a sealing plug arranged in the vacuum cylinder in a sealed and sliding mode, and a connecting rod used for connecting the sealing plug and the crankshaft; when a motor works, the crankshaft is driven to rotate, the rotating crankshaft drives the sealing plug to slide in the vacuum cylinder in a reciprocating and sealed mode through the connecting rod, the interior of the expansion tank is vacuumized in cooperation with two one-way valves, the pressure intensity in the expansion tank is reduced, underground hot water in the expansion tank is vaporized under reduced pressure, and expansion steam with the pressure lower thanthe local atmospheric pressure is generated, the underground hot water is vaporized into steam at a lower temperature to achieve the purpose of flash evaporation, and then the steam is used for powergeneration; and the pressure in the expansion tank is automatically controlled by means of a pressure control assembly, so that the pressure is kept constant.
