According to the magnetizing device provided by the invention, the to-be-magnetized piece can be heated and thenmagnetized, the magnetocrystalline anisotropy field of the to-be-magnetized piece can be reduced through heating, and the magnetic field intensity required for the to-be-magnetized piece to reach magnetizing saturation is reduced, so that saturation magnetization of the high-coercivity magnet can be realized under the condition of relatively low magnetic field intensity; besides, the magnetizingdevice provided by the invention reduces the performance requirements on matched devices during magnetizing, and can reduce the energy consumption, thereby reducing the magnetizing cost.
