The shellcomprises a sealed cavity. The transmission part is movably arranged in the shell in a penetrating mode. The control module comprises a self-locking mechanism, and the self-locking mechanism can automatically lock the transmission part. The self-locking mechanism can release the transmission part under the control of the control module or the pressure of hydraulic oil in an emergency cavity. After the self-locking mechanism releases the transmission part, the hydraulic control closed type one-way valve with the first elastic part can unblock an oil way between the emergency valve and the hydraulic valve in a one-way mode. The emergency oil conveying mechanism can manually convey the hydraulic oil in an oil tank into a first connector and a second pilot oil way.
