The system comprises an ultrasonic ranging unit, an ultralow frequency detection unit, an infrared human body recognition unit and a wireless transmission unit. The ultrasonic ranging unit comprises an ultrasonic detection module and emits ultrasonic waves to detect a fire scene environment; the ultralow frequency detection unit is used for detecting ultralow frequency signals generated by heartbeat of a human body in a fire scene; the infrared human body recognition unit comprises an infrared imaging module, a human body segmentation module and a target selection module, the infrared imaging module forms an infrared image, the human body segmentation module segments a human body from a background, and the target selection module performs target selection in the segmented human body; and the wireless transmission unit is used for transmitting the detection result to the firefighter through a wireless network.
