Abstract

The invention provides an energy storage system-thermal power generating unit combined frequency modulation control method considering frequency modulation performance assessment. The method comprisesthe steps: firstly, obtaining the basic state of a combined frequency modulation unit at a certain moment in a current frequency modulation period; dividing and determining the working period of thecombined frequency modulation unit according to the index calculation rule of the frequency modulation unit participating in the frequency modulation auxiliary service; for different working periods of the combined frequency modulation unit, respectively obtaining control target active power of each working period, and obtaining target active power of the energy storage system by matching with theactive power of the thermal power generating unit; and correcting the target active power of the energy storage system by comprehensively considering the power limit and the capacity limit of the energy storage system to obtain a final active power of the energy storage system. According to the method, aiming at the control strategy of the energy storage system in the working condition that the energy storage system-thermal power generating unit jointly participate in frequency modulation auxiliary service, the action opportunity and the action depth of the energy storage system are reasonably controlled by taking the frequency modulation assessment index of the frequency modulation unit as guidance, and thus the effect of the energy storage system is effectively exerted.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of automatic power generation control of electric power systems, and in particular relates to an energy storage system-thermal power unit combined frequency modulation control method considering frequency modulation performance assessment. Background technique [0002] Frequency modulation auxiliary service mainly refers to the service that the generator adjusts the active power of generation in real time according to a certain adjustment rate through the automatic generation control system (Automatic Generation Control, hereinafter referred to as AGC), so as to meet the requirements of automatic response area control error (ACE). The AGC frequency modulation of my country's power system is mainly undertaken by thermal power units. With the increase of the new energy penetration ratio, the frequency characteristics of the power system become more complicated. The traditional thermal power units are limited by...
