The shearing device 5 for shearing and the winding device 7 for winding the flannelette after shearing, the unwinding device 2, the steam heating device 3, the shearing device 5 and the winding device 7 are jointly connected with a PLC controller 11. The unwinding device 2 unwinds the raw material coil, heats and irons it through the steam heating device 3 , performs shearing operation, and then rewinds the raw material coil through the winding device 7 .

The invention relates to flannelette processing equipment. The equipment comprises a rack, an unwinding device used for unwinding a flannelette raw material coil, a steam heating device used for leveling flannelette, a shearing device used for cutting the flannelette, and a winding device used for winding the cut flannelette. The unwinding device, the steam heating device, the shearing device, andthe winding device are sequentially arranged on the rack and are jointly connected with a PLC; the steam heating device comprises a steam generating device and a plurality of heaters; each heater comprises a heating groove and an arc-shaped heating plate used for sealing the heating groove; one end of each heating groove is connected with an air inlet pipe, and the other end of each heating groove is connected with an air outlet pipe; and the air inlet pipes are connected with the steam generating device. The flannelette processing equipment has the effect of improving the wool shearing precision and quality.
