The system comprises a PWM output module, a PWM acquisition module, a VDS acquisition module and a diagnosis algorithm module. The PWM output module outputs PWM waveforms at the same time on two MOSFETs on one phase of the motor, and the waveforms of the two MOSFETs are complementary; the PWM acquisition module acquires duty ratio signals on U, D and V phases of the motor in real time and transmits the duty ratio signals to the diagnosis algorithm module; the VDS acquisition module monitors the voltage between the drain electrode and the source electrode of the MOSFET through a sensor and transmits the voltage to the diagnosis algorithm module; and the diagnosis algorithmmodule diagnoses open circuit and short circuit conditions of the motor through the received duty ratio signal and VDS voltage.
