Abstract

The invention provides a femtosecond laser nicking method for a diaphragm, and solves the problems that the nicking depth uniformity of an existing diaphragm is poor, so that the reliability of the diaphragm is poor, and mistaken explosion is easily caused. The method comprises the following steps of step 1, setting parameters of a femtosecond laser, and setting a scanning speed of a scanning galvanometer; step 2, equally dividing the cross section of a nick groove into n layers to obtain n nick patterns; step 3, importing the n nick patterns obtained in the step 2 into a control system of thescanning galvanometer; step 4, clamping the diaphragm; step 5, starting the femtosecond laser, sequentially scanning the n nick patterns imported in the step 3 by the scanning galvanometer, and carrying out scanning machining; and step 6, finishing the processing of the nick grooves of the diaphragm until the imported n nick patterns are processed completely.
