According to the intramedullary resetting device for the thighbone, provided by the embodiments of the invention, real-time monitoring on a thighbone surgery can be achieved through arranging the ultrasonic probe at the distal end of the resetter and employing a mode of performing intramedullary imaging onthe thighbone by the ultrasonic probe. Simultaneously, compared with a mode of imaging employing a C-arm machine, the intramedullary resetting device for the thighbone, provided by the embodiments ofthe invention, has the advantages that the timeliness is higher, and harm caused by irradiation is avoided.
