According to the amplification device provided by the invention, through the arrangement of the photometry assembly and the temperature control part, the arrangement of the plurality of light source assemblies capable of providing different light source types and the driving of the driving part, each light source assembly sequentially passes through the test positions, so that detection substances in the PCR tube can be subjected to various combinations; the detection range is enlarged, so that the applicability is improved.
