The method comprises the following steps of setting a culture medium; selecting and disinfecting explants, and ensuring that outer scales have no defects; carrying out adventitious bud induction culture on disinfected bulbil in an induction culture medium; carrying out adventitious bud proliferation on an adventitious bud cluster generated by induction, segmenting the adventitious bud cluster obtained by proliferation into single plants under a sterile condition, and then transferring the single plants to a rooting culture medium for rooting induction culture; and performing transplanting and seedling hardening on the cyrtanthus saturn plants after rooting induction. According to the method, a large number of cyrtanthus saturn high-quality strong seedlings with consistent inheritable characters can be obtained in a short time.
