Abstract

The invention discloses an activated sludge morphology and sludge volume index (SVI) soft measurement method, and relates to an intelligent sewage detection method, which comprises four steps of activated sludge microscopic image feature extraction, integrated feature selection, SVI soft measurement model establishment and SVI prediction, wherein the activated sludge microscopic image feature extraction is used for extracting morphological characteristics of activated sludge microscopic image flocs and filamentous bacteria in a biochemical pool; integrated feature selection adopts six feature selection methods including a Pearson correlation coefficient method, a maximum mutual information coefficient, a Lasso regression model, an average impure degree reduction method, a stability selection method and a recursive feature elimination method; in the SVI soft measurement model establishment, a fast random configuration neural network FastSCN method is adopted to establish an SVI model; and in SVI prediction, morphological characteristics of a new sample are extracted and selected. According to the method, the microbial morphological characteristics of the activated sludge can be effectively extracted, the SVI indexes of the sludge settling performance are reliably and stably forecast, and effluent quality and operation parameter dynamic change information are provided for sewage treatment operation and optimization.
