The optimized operation method specifically comprises the following steps: establishing a wind power-pumped storage combined operation model; establishing a wind power-pumped storage combined output power minimum fluctuation optimization target; establishing a wind power-pumped storage optimal economic model considering the peak-valley electricity price; establishing a wind energy maximum utilization rate optimization target; determining constraint conditions of the wind power-pumped storage combined operation model; and determining a coordination scheme under the priority of each optimization target. On the basis of analyzing the significance and principle of combined power generation of a wind power generation station and a pumped storage power station, a wind power-pumped storage combined power generation three-objective optimization model is established by taking maximization of the energy utilization rate of wind power generation, minimization of grid-connected power fluctuation and maximization of combined power generation economic benefits as optimization objectives; the operation scheme has the best comprehensive benefit and performance.
