The test box is also provided with an external power supply interface; a timing relay, a normally-closed relay and a trigger switch are arranged in the test box; the timing relay controls the time when the normally-closed relay enters a working state; two ends of the normally-closed relay are connected with the to-be-tested prototype wiring harness connecting port and the vehicle-mounted load wiring harness connecting port; when the normally-closed relay enters the working state, the to-be-tested prototype wiring harness connecting port is disconnected from the vehicle-mounted load wiring harness connecting port; and when the timing time is up, the timing relay enables the normally-closed relay to recover a normally-closed state, and the to-be-tested prototype wiring harness connecting port is connected with the vehicle-mounted load wiring harness connecting port.
