The method comprises the steps of extracting impedance information of the ferrite magnetic beads; establishing an SPICE model of the ferrite magnetic beads, establishing equivalent circuit topology of the ferrite magnetic beads, defining ferrite magnetic bead equivalent parameters needing to be acquired, and processing impedance information of the ferrite magnetic beads through a GA algorithm to acquire equivalent parameter initial values of the ferrite magnetic beads; optimizing the obtained equivalent parameter initial values of the ferrite magnetic beads by utilizing a DE algorithm to obtain an equivalent parameter required by final modeling; and predicting the influence of the ferrite magnetic beads on the LNA performance according to the simulation result of the SPICE model of the ferrite magnetic beads on an LNA circuit.
