The method comprises the following steps of: determining distribution transformers closest to two sides of each switch according to a topological connection relationship and ledger data; according to the acquired voltage data of the distribution transformers, calculating the voltage correlation coefficient of the distribution transformers closest to the two sides of each switch by using a correlation calculation method, and determining the switches which may be turned on; and according to the collected active power at the head end of each feeder line and the active power of each distribution transformer, calculating the active power difference between the head end and the tail end of the feeder line, thereby determining the position of an actually opened interconnection switch. According to the method, voltage data, topological data, active data and ledger data are utilized, the correlation calculation method and the active difference calculation of the head end and the tail end of each feeder line are combined; the positioning problem of an interconnection switch in an interconnection line is solved; the accuracy of distribution network branch line loss calculation is improved; line loss management and loss reduction work are assisted; and the line loss lean management level is improved.
