Culture grooves are formed in the seedling raising plates, filter screen plates are slidably connected to the interiors of the culture grooves, seedling culture cylinders are arranged on the filter screen plates, a telescopic rod is arranged at one end of each culture groove, the telescopic ends of the telescopic rods are connected to the lower surfaces of the filter screen plates, and a water level sensor is arranged on one side of each culture groove. When light is good, the push rods are started to push the seedling raising plates to horizontally move outwards. Therefore, the seedlings of plants can be sufficiently irradiated by sun for growth.
